Munich/Augsburg (August 30, 2019). Despite the summer holidays, many are already pulling out their diaries in preparation for Expo Real in October (7-10 October 2019). To make planning easier, here's an update of the HospitalityInside activities: The joint stand continues to grow, the networking event "Bricks & Brains" will take place on a different day – and we also take an initial look at the programme for the hotel conference.
Munich (July 5, 2019). The countdown is on: 100 days to go until Expo Real, Europe's leading trade fair for commercial real estate and investment. This year, the fair will be expanded by one hall, and regarding the exhibitors with a focus on hospitality, things are in motion again as well. Here are the exhibitors under the roof of "World of Hospitality" in 2019.
Munich (September 14, 2018). The World of Hospitality is entering its eighth year. As usual, top-class companies from the hotel industry and related sectors will once again be presenting themselves at this Expo Real at the joint stand organized by HospitalityInside in Hall A2 (Stand 240). Munich (August 24, 2018). Hospitality is moving! At this year's Expo Real, which will open on 8 October at Munich Trade Fair, visitors will find exhibitors from the hotel industry in Hall A2, and no longer in Hall C2. The entire sector will move. The reason for the change is the extra space required by Retail. Organiser HospitalityInside will present 31 exhibitors at the joint stand "World of Hospitality” (A2.240), which for the first time will also include a destination. With the hotel exhibitors, the Conference Forum will also move into Hall A2 – to the "Planning & Partnership Forum”. Munich (September 29, 2017). This year will probably see a new exhibitor record for EXPO REAL, at least in the hotel segment. More than 60 businesses, which are important to the hotel industry, are represented in Hall C2 alone, 31 of them are present at the "World of Hospitality", 19 of them are hotel groups. Augsburg (July 14, 2017). EXPO REAL 2017 in Munich is already casting its shadow ahead: HospitalityInside's preparations for the joint stand, the hotel conference networking event and the special edition of the magazine are in full swing. Concerning "World of Hospitality", a few changes have just taken place, freeing up one space at the stand; moreover, logo partnerships are still possible.
Munich (October 14, 2016). It was hardly imaginable, but true: This year's Expo Real in Munich was even livelier and busier than last year. The big run on hotel real estate continues unabated - above all in respect of "safe haven" properties, as expected. Low interest rates and the competition for the little land available have given rise to a veritable hunt for real estate. Reason enough for intense discussion at the joint stand "World of Hospitality" which with 30 co-exhibitors was the biggest hospitality stand in Hall C2 and the core around which new hotel exhibitors clustered.

Munich (August 26, 2016). Six years after the start of the hospitality Joint Stand at the Expo Real Munich, the stand now counts 30 co-exhibitors (23 in the previous year). The "World of Hospitality" has become a strong magnet in Hall C2 around which an increasing number of hotel groups, developers, investors/finds, consultants, architects, lawyers and other hotel specialists are able to present themselves. At Europe's leading real estate and investment fair from 4-6 October 2016, the asset class 'Hotel' will be more visible than ever. Something which is also due to the persistent boom in the real estate sector.
Munich (April 15, 2016). The real estate sector is booming, the hotel market effervescent. This is driving interest in Europe's largest trade fair for real estate and investments EXPO REAL in Munich - and more specifically also for the joint stand "World of Hospitality" in Hall C2. In comparison to last year, the stand is set to grow once again. For the moment, the early bird discount still applies.

19 acceptances for the "World of Hospitality" have already been given, the remaining places are reserved until 6 May. Those looking to exhibit at "World of Hospitality" for the first time and who have not yet made a reservation should also do this before 6 May.
Munich (October 9, 2015). The mood last year was already very optimistic and this time, it was euphoric. The Expo Real 2015 that had come to a close on Wednesday evening in Munich reflected the current boom in the real estate industry. It allowed Germany to shine even stronger as an island among a sea of leagues …. The 17th international trade fair for real estate and investments calls – and with this, also provides the hotel industry with the opportunity to distinguish itself with its concepts and real estate wishes. Last year, six of the ten largest hotel chains worldwide took part in the "World of Hospitality" joint stand at the EXPO REAL Munich. Berlin/Augsburg (January 31, 2014). The "World of Hospitality" joint stand at the ITB 2014 was expanded at short notice. Among other things, the new floor space can provide a secluded room for six people and an open lounge area for four people that can now also be booked by external companies on an hourly basis - in busy Hall 9.

Munich (October 11, 2013). At Expo Real 2012, the atmosphere was slightly purpose-driven optimistic but this week, it was characterized by relaxed optimism. This could be sensed among the industrial exhibitors and visitors and especially among the new developed hospitality community in Hall C2. With 17 co-exhibitors at the 200 sq.m. joint stand of "World of Hospitality", the large hotel chains, hotel specialists and consultancies proved to be the absolute magnet among the trade show activities. The participants of the other stands of PKF hotelexperts, Motel One, and B&B Hotels as well as GBI AG were also not able to take any long conversation breaks. For two days, "World of Hospitality" was almost overflowing with people; bankers, project developers, owners, and investors came to the stand for the first time – previously, it was always the other way round. Munich (October 4, 2013). Never before has EXPO REAL welcomed so many exhibitors from the hotel industry! 11 hotel groups alone as well as 7 consultancies and hotel specialists will be presenting themselves at the joint stand "World of Hospitality" (Hall C2.230) from October 6 to 9, 2013. Only a few days ago, Hyatt Hotels and Premier Inn joined the stand. Besides Hyatt Hotels, the other "global players" are IHG, Marriott, Accor, and Louvre. In addition, the world's two largest franchisors Choice and Wyndham Hotels will be taking part. All hotel chains as well as the specialists will be represented by their top developers and/or managing directors.
Augsburg/Munich (June 28, 2013). The organisational starting signal for the Expo Real 2013 from October 7-9 has fallen: Another 100 days remain for the preparation of the 3rd "World of Hospitality" joint stand. Additional global chains – Choice, LFPI, Kempinski, Marriott, Wyndham – and other hospitality players together with the well-known players from the years before will provide a new class for the stand this year. Those who would like to jump at the "last minute" should nevertheless register immediately.
Munich (April 12, 2013). Germany is sexy – and the Expo Real in Munich is too. This is at least valid for the hospitality industry in which many institutional and private investors would like to invest. At the moment, they see a safe haven in Germany. This is the same for hotel operators and developers who choose the path of Germany as Europe's biggest and strongest market, particularly for the introduction of new brands.
As a result, the 3rd joint stand "World of Hospitality" at the Expo Real in October, 2013 will once again grow strongly as a communication, presentation and contact platform: Nearly every co-exhibitor from the previous year has already confirmed once more. Alongside the hotel chains, Accor Hospitality, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Grand City Hotels and the Louvre Hotel Group, Kempinski Hotels, Marriott International, Choice Hotels as well as Derag Livinghotels will utilise "World of Hospitality" to expedite their expansion. Those who would like to co-exhibit at the stand or wish to benefit from the early booker discount must hurry – the positions will become scarce and the early booker period ends on the 25th of April.

Munich (October 12, 2012). Rarely were things addressed so clearly, projects offered so specifically, and financing such a prevalent topic of discussion as at this year's Expo Real in Munich. The final realisation that nobody is able to rely on the classical banks any longer finally lays the ground for the search for alternative (private) financing and the fine-tuning of our own ideas and concepts. Real estate and hotel experts are rolling up their sleeves. This is also the case with insiders of the hotel industry, who discussed the industry's current focal points in a permanently full auditorium during the hotel conference "Hospitality Industry Dialogue" last Monday. The realisation that crisis might be a chance was a recurring theme in many individual discussions at the joint stand of "World of Hospitality". The stand, which doubled in size compared to the previous year, drew a lot of attention again and became a magnet for all hotel-affine trade show visitors during two very busy days. There were 38,000 participants at this year's Expo Real – 1,000 more than in 2011.

Munich (June 29, 2012). With 157 sq.m., the second joint stand of "World of Hospitality" doubles in size at the next EXPO REAL from October 8-10, 2012, compared to its premiere last year. Eleven co-exhibitors from the hotel industry, hotel services and financing will participate. Those who still want to show their colours in this top-class environment or at the networking event in the evening have to be quick in order to benefit from all the available advantages.
Munich (May 18, 2012). Although the summer has only just arrived, preparatons for the commercial real estate fair EXPO REAL 2012 in Munich are already in full swing. Munich (September 16, 2011). The registration period is over and eight partners will come together at the 1st "World of Hospitality" at EXPO REAL in Munich. Between October 4 and 6, the hotel groups, consultancies and representatives of business development and architecture will benefit from maximum attention. Moreover, visitors can make a note of "5 Minuten Klartext" ("5 minutes of plain-talking"): every hour on the hour there will be a brief talk providing interesting information and hot statements at the hospitality joint stand in Hall C2/booth 233.
Munich (August 5, 2011). The deadline for renting exhibition space at the trade fair is fast approaching. Applications for participation in the joint stand "WORLD of HOSPITALITY" with your own stand personnel can be made until the middle of August. Applications for participation as an additionally represented company without stand personnel can be made until the middle of September. Prices for the all-inclusive package are between 6,000 and 19,500 EUR.
