EXPO REAL 2012: "World of Hospitality" joint stand doubles in size

Munich (June 29, 2012). With 157 sq.m., the second joint stand of "World of Hospitality" doubles in size at the next EXPO REAL from October 8-10, 2012, compared to its premiere last year. Eleven co-exhibitors from the hotel industry, hotel services and financing will participate. Those who still want to show their colours in this top-class environment or at the networking event in the evening have to be quick in order to benefit from all the available advantages.

The 15th international trade show for commercial property and investment will also enhance its profile as a hospitality platform. Hotel as special property, which has often been treated as an "orphan" within the ranks of commercial properties, is now unmistakeably present: in hall C2, stand 234 the "World of Hospitality" is being created as a peninsula booth, located directly opposite the "Special Real Estate Forum". There, the expert conference "Hospitality Industry Dialogue" takes place on the first trade show day (Monday), followed by the networking event "BRICKS & BRAINS" in the evening. All three activities/events will be initiated and coordinated by hospitalityInside.

It is remarkable that all co-exhibitors from last year are participating again. Moreover, other businesses registered as well, which leads to an interesting industry mixture promising diverse contacts to trade show visitors. Eight exhibitors are presenting themselves at their own workstations; three have a table in the lounge within the stand. The partners listed in alphabetical order are:

The participation of Siemens Financial Services (SFS) emphasises the new focal point of the EXPO REAL, which deliberately included the word "Investments" in its subtitle last year. SFS, which has had a banking license since last year, will offer special financing solutions for the hotel industry at Europe's leading trade show for commercial properties and investments.

more at EXPO REAL.

 

All co-exhibitors are attractive dialogue partners for investors, banks and project developers. InterContinental, the largest hotel chain in the world (according to the number of rooms), and Europe's largest hotel chain Accor are the top of the hotel operators followed by the fast-growing Grand City Hotels and the innovative Lindner Hotels & Resorts. All these hotel operators have a considerable pipeline and clear visions of brands and concepts.

This year, the interest of consultancies and/or brokerage houses was strong (again), headed by the international player Christie + Co London/Berlin, Kohl & Partner from Vienna, as well as the German companies bbg, Hotour and Treugast. All of them have recognised EXPO REAL as an important communications platform – just like the lawyer's office Jung & Schleicher from Berlin with its specialised lawyers.

Only few options left

The second joint stand "World of Hospitality" is nearly fully booked out. Depending on the setup of the stand, a linear booth with a "workstation" might still be available (price 21,500 Euro net) or a partner could join the lounge area with an individual table (12,900 Euro net).

In any case, businesses are still able to use the "World of Hospitality" via a logo partnership as an advertisement at the trade show (8,500 Euro net). If business requests are made, the hostesses at the stand's reception will contact logo partners who are not represented at the stand by their own staff. For the first time, logo partners will be able to use a separate meeting room outside the stand. This boardroom offers room for meetings with six to eight people and will be looked after and provided with catering by the hostesses of the booth.

The media presence at the stand, in the "hospitalityINSIDE SPECIAL EXPO REAL 2012" as well as on the websites of hospitalityInside and the trade show comply with the other partner options.

Benefit from networking and Special

The network event BRICKS & BRAINS on Monday evening also provides an excellent opportunity to present companies and projects to a high-profile, exclusive group of managers from the hotel and investment/finance industries. There is still an opening for one "gold" sponsor here (5,800 EUR net).

The SPECIAL also provides an opportunity to attract the attention of specific target groups. Advertisements are published in a separate booklet (940-2,800 EUR net).
