Expo Real 2011 begins on Tuesday: Useful links to the trade fair

Munich (September 30, 2011). The EXPO REAL 2011 expects 1,610 exhibitors from 34 countries and with this, the same scale as the year before. This was announced by the Messe Muenchen (Munich Trade Fairs) yesterday. The 14th International Trade Fair for Commercial Real Estate and Investments takes place from October 4-6. "The joint stands in which exhibitors from individual countries, regions and cities are joined together continue to be very popular," emphasised the trade fair and in explicit reference to the hotel industry: "The thematic joint stand "World of Hospitality" celebrates its hotel industry premiere at the EXPO REAL." The following is a summary of the activities surrounding the 1st hospitality joint stand by hospitalityInside and practical links for the trade fair visit.
With six halls and 64,000 square metres, the floor space for the EXPO REAL also remains at last year's level, but with a compressed hall floor plan due to the increase in demand for floor space. "Thereby, the EXPO REAL is a stabilising anchor in the investment and real estate sector within the environment of the debt crisis with all of its turbulence in the stock markets and financial markets", says Eugene Egetenmeir, Managing Director of Messe Muenchen, underlining the value of the trade fair.
World of Hospitality in Hall C2/233
The hotel industry also wants to increasingly distinguish itself in this sphere. From next Tuesday, the present hotel exhibitors from Motel One, B&B, Treugast Solutions and PKF hotelexperts will receive reinforcement in Hall C2. "World of Hospitality" will present itself with Stand 233 (also see this link).
Eight co-exhibitors will be present: Accor Hospitality, Christie+Co, InterContinental Hotels, Grand City Hotels, Lindner Hotels, hotelknowhow, Hotour Hotel Consulting and WTSH Schleswig-Holstein; on the second day of the trade fair (Wednesday, October 5), all eight participants will be interviewed about their your company or current industry subjects. For the first time on Wednesday, starting at 10:00 h and then every hour on the hour, "World of Hospitality" will conduct 5 minutes of "plain-talking". Hotel conference in the direct vicinity
The extensive, three-day-long conference programme will offer new points of view and insight into the international property markets. The 10th Hotel Conference "Hospitality Industry Dialogue", organised by hospitalityInside Editor in Chief, Maria Puetz-Willems, takes place on the first trade fair day (Tuesday) at the "Special Real Estate" forum – only a few metres away from the hospitality joint stand.
