Munich (October 18, 2013). Are Sofitel and Kempinski equivalent luxury brands? Why do chains with architecture and design have a problem, how can contracts be adjusted to individual markets, what does Premier Inn plan in Germany. Simple questions produce many answers and opinions... This is the subject of "5 Minutes Plain Talking". The interviews are short and spontaneous, they arose at the "World of Hospitality" joint stand and are now available on the YouTube channel TheHospitalityTV. See/hear what hoteliers, developers and consultants feel thrilled by.

The idea for such short discussions arose at the first joint stand three years ago. Since then, consultant Martina Fidlschuster and the two hotel trade journalists Susanne Stauss and Maria Puetz-Willems have held interviews with exhibitor couples at the Expo Real, always on Tuesday and always to the hour. Only the titles  of the interviews have been known, all answers are spontaneous.
