Munich (July 5, 2019). The countdown is on: 100 days to go until Expo Real, Europe's leading trade fair for commercial real estate and investment. This year, the fair will be expanded by one hall, and regarding the exhibitors with a focus on hospitality, things are in motion again as well. Here are the exhibitors under the roof of "World of Hospitality" in 2019.

The new A3 neighbouring hall, promoted by the fair under the name of NOVA3, will present the Real Estate Innovation Forum and the Tech Alley with 75 young tech companies, among others. So Nova3 will also have a positive impact on the hospitality marketplace in hall A2. A forum was dropped was cancelled in the hospitality hall and in return, the trade fair now places an exclusive restaurant area ("Ristorante Rialto) in the middle of the hospitality cluster. This gives the entire area added value and more transparency.

New special exhibition areas

There is also something new at the "World of Hospitality" joint stand. In recent years, there have been repeated attempts to integrate co-exhibitors with larger exhibition areas into the trade fair concept of the joint stand. With Gorgeous Smiling Hotels (GSH) and AccorInvest vis-à-vis the main stand, this has now been achieved for the first time. The gross stand area has thus increased compared to the previous year, although some of the regular exhibitors at the World of Hospitality will be taking a break this year: they need to work through their projects in their pipelines first.

At the same time, further new exhibitors have been added. In addition to established hotel groups such as Scandic Hotels, King's Hotels from Munich and Achat Hotels, new companies like the Barefoot Hotels of Til Schweiger, Alexander Winter, and Stephan Gerhard will also be present, as well as the new HCS project developer from Austria, which will be founded next week. Currently, 27 exhibitor spaces are furnished. A single space is still available. It can be added until the end of July. / kn
