New opportunity for development

EXPO REAL 2014: Secure early booker conditions now

Expo Real 2013 Co Aussteller
More co-exhibitors welcome: The "World of Hospitality" joint stand 2013 was a real magnet at Expo Real.

Munich (April 25, 2014). The 17th international trade fair for real estate and investments calls – and with this, also provides the hotel industry with the opportunity to distinguish itself with its concepts and real estate wishes. Last year, six of the ten largest hotel chains worldwide took part in the "World of Hospitality" joint stand at the EXPO REAL Munich. As an organiser, HospitalityInside can still offer special conditions to early bookers up to the 25th of June. Furthermore, the packages have been newly designed.

EXPO REAL begins, as usual, on the day after the end of the Octoberfest and spans over three days (October 6-8, 2014, www.exporeal.net). Over recent years, the hotel industry has developed its own fascination – primarily driven through the logical growth of the joint stand in Hall C2 – in the originally pure real estate trade show. The names of "global players" such as Accor, Choice, InterContinental Hotels Group, Kempinski, Louvre, Marriott and Wyndham Hotels drew a growing number of visitors interested in hotels last year from which the other hotel experts, project developers and consulting companies also profited.

Planning for the 2014 stand is underway. "The registrations for the World of Hospitality joint stand have already reached the last year's level, but we can still offer additional places," reports HospitalityInside Managing Director, Michael Willems. The goal is to realise a block stand with four open sides this year.

"Prospective customers should decide soon if they wish to still benefit from the early booker conditions," the organiser draws attention. "Only those who have registered for the trade show by June 25 and have been accepted as co-exhibitors will be listed in the printed trade show catalogue. The co-exhibitor fees will then also increase after this date. Regarding this, we would like to conclude the stand planning by the end of May in order to be able to proceed with the implementation in an organised manner and without time pressures."

New package creation

Because the trade show management will no longer allow the possibility of a pure logo partnership for the EXPO REAL, hospitalityInside has redesigned the packages for the joint stand. All co-exhibitors will enjoy the same prominent presence in the marketing and in the logo presence of the stand sails, whose visibility is once again improved this year. The differences between the individual packages essentially lie in the size of the exclusively usable area (with four variations of workstations or tables) as well as in the number of their own staff members at the stand.

All co-exhibitors will benefit from HospitalityInside's trade show network at EXPO REAL and from the partnership-based cooperation that all partners have cultivated together during the past years. Among other things, the co-exhibitors will also benefit from the involvement in the HospitalityInside event, "BRICKS & BRAINS", and from the increased print-run and distribution of the bilingual special edition for the trade show.
