Expo Real: 3rd "World of Hospitality" grows with mega chains and specialists

Augsburg/Munich (June 28, 2013). The organisational starting signal for the Expo Real 2013 from October 7-9 has fallen: Another 100 days remain for the preparation of the 3rd "World of Hospitality" joint stand. Additional global chains – Choice, LFPI, Kempinski, Marriott, Wyndham – and other hospitality players together with the well-known players from the years before will provide a new class for the stand this year. Those who would like to jump at the "last minute" should nevertheless register immediately.

The first deadline for co-exhibitor registration for Expo Real ends today, Friday, June 28th. However, latecomers can still register until September if space allows. The 3rd joint stand of the hotel industry, "World of Hospitality", organised by hospitalityInside, has taken this first hurdle and can announce 14 co-exhibitors up to now:

The stand construction stands in line as the next decision. Due to the special hall location, the possibility to design "World of Hospitality" as a peninsula stand as well as an island stand exists, depending on the continuing reservation process. In the event of an enlargement to an island stand, hospitalityInside Managing Director Michael Willems as coordinator of the stand can still offer (availability provided):

 A corner stand open on two sides: 25,500 Euro up to July 28th, 2013; from July 29th, 2013 - a 5% surcharge; from August 28th, 2013 - a 10% surcharge;

 Two row booths, open in each case on one side: 22,000 Euro up to July 28th, 2013; from July 29th, 2013 - a 5% surcharge; from August 28th, 2013 - a 10% surcharge;

 A lounge partnership with a table inside the stand: 13,200 Euro; from July 29th, 2013 - a 5% surcharge; from August 28th, 2013 - a 10% surcharge;

 Two logo partnerships for 8,500 Euro; discussion possibilities in the discussion rooms within reserved times are possible; from July 29th, 2013 - a 5% surcharge; from August 28th, 2013 – a 10% surcharge. The companies that are already an exhibitor or co-exhibitor themselves in other stands will receive a 30% reduction as a logo partner.

Partners integrated into communication and network

hospitalityInside will integrate its Expo Real Partners into the trade show communications and network activities. Among these are the printed and online special issue of "hospitalityINSIDE EXPO REAL SPECIAL" that will be also displayed at select trade show hotels within the city, participation in the evening event, BRICKS & BRAINS, as well as the reporting on the trade show on the public network sites from hospitalityInside.com.

The SPECIAL, which is the only pure and bilingual hotel publication at the Expo Real, provides information on the trade show as well as regarding the Expo Real hotel conference "Hospitality Industry Dialogue" and contains background reports from hospitalityInside.com in order to also provide an understanding of this industry in an objective manner to trade show visitors who are newcomers to hotels.
