Munich (September 19, 2014). The exhibitors are registered and the stand builders already at work: The 17th Expo Real will take place from October 6-8, 2014, making the 4th hospitality joint stand "World of Hospitality" a reality. With 20 co-exhibitors, the stand has grown once again and this year will take the form of a block stand. This way, visibility for all co-exhibitors is increased, and that in the very middle of Europe's leading real estate and investment fair. In the background, network events and the hotel conference complete the intensive exchange between hotel professionals.
As initiator of these leading trade fair activities for the hotel industry, HospitalityInside is very pleased with the stand's appeal. "The joint stand has grown in size for a fourth year, whilst at the same time bringing together a highly interesting mix of both large and small players, both from the hotel industry as well as from project development and finance," HospitalityInside Managing Director Michael Willems says after expiry of the registration period.
The smallest newcomer among hotel operators spearheads just one hotel, whilst the largest represents 7,500 hotels worldwide. In between, there are ten other hotel groups ranging from budget to luxury, from classic hotel to serviced apartment, covering the entire length and breadth of the hospitality industry. There are also private equity companies, project developers and highly-specialised consultants.
With these on board, the stand brings together a circle of experts capable of answering (almost) every question on hotel development and hotel operations. As a result, bankers, funds, private investors and other project developers should make their way to the World of Hospitality in Hall C2/Stand 230. Appointments at the Joint Stand save time and travel expenses - and automatically lead to the top managers responsible for hotel projects in their companies.

Top issues at the hotel conference: 28 experts discuss
The asset class hotel can in the real estate and investment sector meanwhile be referred to as equal to other asset classes. Discussions at the hotel conference "Hospitality Industry Dialogue" will again show this as this year 28 experts find their way to the stage for the "Special Real Estate Forum". hospitalityInside Editor in Chief Maria Puetz-Willems and her team will organise the exchange between the professionals together with her team for the 7th time. Hotel industry looks back - in the SPECIAL
The current hospitalityInside SPECIAL EXPO REAL 2014 has now gone to print - the only pure hotel medium published exclusively for the Expo Real. The magazine will be available in 3,000 copies distributed at the trade fair as well as in Munich hotels. This German/English special edition in print and as an eMagazine will also be published free of charge for all those not attending the fair at www.hospitalityInside.com the that the hotel industry also remains transparent for those working outside the sector.
High quality networking and useful links
In a "people's business" like the hotel industry in which service remains the crucial factor for success, mutual understanding is essential. For this reason, there are many networking events both as part of and accompanying the Expo Real. The "BRICKS & BRAINS" Get-Together for top managers from hotel operations and hotel real estate will be organised by HospitalityInside on Monday evening.
