EXPO REAL 2016 reflects the strong demand in the hotel segment

	Welcome at the hospitality world! The joint stand continues to grow. This year, the mix of co-exhibitors will be even more attractive than ever.

Augsburg/Munich (June 17, 2016). The current hunt for new hotel locations is in full swing and the world's largest trade fair for property and investment, EXPO REAL 2016, is well preparing for it. Also, this is obvious due to the higher number of hospitality exhibitors this year. Their presence could well exceed 50 in October in Hall C2. For the joint stand "World of Hospitality", 28 exhibitors have already registered, among them nine new companies compared to last year.

Project developers, consultants, operators or investors – everybody has been busy and on the road for months, in particular the players of German hotel real estate world. The EXPO REAL meanwhile reflects the dynamics of the Continental European market: Once more, the "World of Hospitality" is evolving to a platform with an extremely interesting mix of players from all segments across many nations and countries.

EXPO REAL promises to provide for new records, along with the hotel conference "Hospitality Industry Dialogue" on the first day of the trade fair and the following network event "BRICKS & BRAINS". In order to be listed in the fair catalogue, exhibiting companies must register until Friday, June 24, 2016. A later registration will result in higher fees.

Hotel conference highlight "Airbnb & Co"

Preparations for the hotel conference "Hospitality Industry Dialogue" on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 have also started. The market situation allows for a variety of topics. Look forward to exciting discussions by international panels – for example about the impact of platforms such as Airbnb & Co on the commercial real estate sector and on the hospitality market. A high-calibre professional has already confirmed his presence: Murray Cox, founder of the "Anti-Airbnb"-website, who will bring transparency to the attitude of this controversial market player from a different perspective. Networking event is
keeping up the mix

Decisions have also been taken for the network event "BRICKS & BRAINS". It will once again take place after the hotel conference at the stylish "Meet & Retreat Lounge" of the fair.

The sponsor packages for "BRICKS & BRAINS" have been revised and enhanced. Sponsors may book up to 20 percent of the seats. Representatives of the active and expanding companies of the hotel industry will again be registered on the guest list, foremost the partner companies of the fair projects of HospitalityInside as well as the panelists of the "Hospitality Industry Dialogue". As usual, many subscribers of hospitalityInside can expect a personal invitation. This year we will also aim at inviting new participants again in order to gain an attractive mix from various segments and nations. The number of guests will remain limited and therefore we will stay with the "by-invitation-only" policy and no admission for accompanying persons.

Special edition online and print

Of course our printed special edition also cannot be missed this year. The hospitalityInside SPECIAL EXPO REAL provides information for fair visitors and delivers real estate- and investment-focused articles of the hospitalityInside editors. The bilingual high-gloss magazine is available as a print version or eMagazine. It will be distributed to fair hotels in Munich as well as at the EXPO REAL during the hotel conference on Tuesday (located at the "Special Real Estate Forum") and at the joint stand "World of Hospitality". By way of exception, this issue will welcome advertising, but only for companies complying with the fair's nomenclature. Deadline is August 29, 2016.

Please note: Due to the public holiday/Day of German Unity on Monday, October 3, 2016, the fair is postponed this year by one day. The fair begins on Tuesday, October 4 and ends on Thursday, October 6. / kn
