B2B luxury trade fair loop 2016: New date, new exhibitors, new location

Frankfurt (April 8, 2016). 100 exhibitors and 100 luxury travel buyers will come together again this year at Germany's only luxury travel trade fair "loop - luxury on our planet". For the third time already, the B2B trade fair will attract hoteliers and travel agencies/tour operators to Frankfurt. hospitalityInside.com will also support the event for the third time as media partner.

Providers and buyers come from travel-related German-speaking and Central and Eastern European markets - and will meet for the third time in the Kempinski Hotel Gravenbruch, near Frankfurt Airport. The date is new: The B2B trade fair has been postponed from March to 10-13 April 2016. The move is a conscious decision to separate it from the ITB.

Of course, there will again be various new and interesting exhibitors: the new Canyon Ranch Wellness Resprt at Kaplankaya in Turkey, Enchanted Island Resort on the Seychelles & JA Manafaru on the Maldives, Armani Hotel Dubai, the Aman Resorts Worldwide - as well as highlights from Germany such as the new The Fontenay Hotel in Hamburg and key representatives, including Tourism New Zealand.

3 days instead of 6 months

loop's concept is simple and effective: Based on a speed-dating format, each buyer has 15 minutes with an exhibitor. Once the time is up, they move on to the next partner. This way, attendees can cross off up to 70 appointments over the course of three days. Usually, providers would need six months for this and would incur significant travelling costs.

""The thoroughly positive feedback from the first two loop fairs has inspired us and we look forward to the next. Our objective is to give hoteliers and travel buyers a platform which is exactly in line with their needs. Trends, developments, businesses and sector issues stand in the foreground here," Astrid Oberhummer says, Managing Director of Lobster Experience, the organiser behind loop (see here also hospitalityInside's report from last year / see link). Those interested can apply at www.loop-luxury-fair.com.

There are still a few places free for hoteliers. The participation fee is EUR 5,050 (excluding overnight stay). If you're interested, this it's est to hurry!

Renowned sponsors, exceptional locations

The trade fair is accompanied by an exclusive framework programme, realised by renowned sponsors. On the first official trade fair evening on 11 April, participants are awaited by a gala dinner in unique atmosphere: Sponsors Lufthansa and One & Only Resorts invite attendees to "Dinner with Friends" in St. Peter's Church in Frankfurt's city centre. Church on the outside, unique event location on the inside.

The following evening, the anticipated 450 guests will be able to indulge to their heart's content at the "360° Luxury Networking Event" to be held at Frankfurt's historic opera house, Alte Oper. Among the sponsors are tea business J. T. Ronnefeldt, cosmetics manufacturer Ligne St. Barth, S. Pellegrino, the stately hotel Kronberg, Vienna Tourism, Silversea Cruises, Lufthansa AG, Melia Hotels International, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, airtours and Jumeirah.

loop brings together the right people at the right location and creates a vibrant community in which travel agencies as well as small niche tour organisers and providers find their place too.
