Düsseldorf (July 21, 2023). The opinion of chain hoteliers is reuqired: Take part in the next global study on hotel operations and the customer journey. Until 16 August.
Düsseldorf-based h2c, an esteemed specialist in hotel distribution, technologies and market research by insiders, has launched its next global study: titled "Digital Hotel Operations Advancing the Customer Journey", it aims to survey the status quo of the digital operator's daily routine - and to do so globally, across Europe, the Middle East, the USA and Asia-Pacific.
"Specifically, we are trying to find out what smart systems operators are using to automate the customer experience, what challenges they face and how they want to optimize their strategies," says Michaela Papenhoff, Managing Director of h2c, on the focus of the new survey. "In addition, we are questioning the challenges and opportunities in using these systems, the integration with the existing tech stack and the desired support in analysing and using the huge amounts of data and the payment processes."
The global survey will target around 100 international hotel brands, representing around one percent of all rooms in branded chains with 2.2 million rooms.
Those who participate in the survey and invest 15-20 minutes of their time will receive a detailed executive summary. HospitalityInside readers and users can access the survey directly through this link.
The survey results will be available in November/December.
