Munich (September 22, 2023). You can feel the Expo Real (4-6 October) approaching: Requests for appointments are coming in, meetings are being arranged. The tension among the trade fair service providers and organisers is palpable. Preparations are in full swing, also for the World of Hospitality. Here everything at a glance!

1,885 companies were represented at Expo Real 2022, 1,850 exhibitors this year according to the trade fair - a stable situation and good for everyone's self-confidence in difficult times. The number of hospitality-relevant companies has nevertheless increased, at the trade fair as a whole as well as at the World of Hospitality.

Attractive mix of sectors: 27 exhibitors at 2 stands

The joint stand is located at the familiar place in Hall A1.040 and A1.144. At both stands of the World of Hospitality, it is possible to approach exhibitors directly from the corridor.

The reception for the entire stand is located at stand A1.040. 12 companies will present themselves on this stand area, the 15 other companies will be represented on stand A1.144.

You will find all exhibitor profiles of our partners on this website. By clicking on the logo you will get information about the company, see their search profile and contact persons. Please use this information before the fair for a first contact or to make an appointment.

For visitors to the World of Hospitality, we also have a compact stand flyer that makes orientation easier: In it, the exhibitors briefly and concisely describe who they are, what they offer and what they are looking for. You can also download the flyer as a PDF at the end of this text.

The services at the
joint stand

WiFi connections at trade fairs are a well-known weak point. Countless small networks with short ranges at the stands overlap with each other and with the WLAN of the fair. This year, for the first time, the World of Hospitality will be equipped with an enterprise solution to ensure a stable connection on the stand areas.

The catering team has been significantly strengthened. Able Catering will once again be responsible for the physical well-being of the exhibitors and their guests and for coordinating the service team.

A total of four meeting rooms are available. They will be managed at reception. Room bookings have been possible since 20 September.
