Meeting point of the specialists: This was the hospitality joint stand 2016. New partners will give it a new look & feel in 2017. |
Berlin (December 16, 2016). With the New Year, the world's largest tourism fair, the ITB, also moves closer. The joint stand "World of Hospitality" in hall 9 is almost complete. Alongside Motel One, Premier Inn is yet another international player represented at the stand. The programme for the ITB Hotel Conference is already in production, and the annual ITB Special will be expanded to become the IHIF/ITB Special for the first time ever, as hospitalityInside becomes the official media partner for the investment conference.
Alongside the two hotel groups Motel One and Premier Inn, the joint stand will have a similar composition in the period from 8-11 March 2017 to what it did last year. Among the technology-based co-exhibitors, little has changed. Here, the long-term partners Next Gen Opti, Macnetix and Media Carrier will again be represented. The stand position in hall 9 remains unchanged, though the stand number will be altered and is this year 9/108.
ITB Hospitality Day 2017
The programme for the hotel conference ITB Hospitality Day, which hospitalityInside editor-in-chief Maria Puetz-Willems now organises for the 12th time, is already in production. This year will focus on the sensitive issues of Safety & Security, Artificial Intelligence and of course on the changes affecting companies and markets. An initial insight into the topics can be found under this link. The programme will be continually updated as of immediately. Conference day is, as usual, ITB Thursday (9 March).
New: SPECIAL now for ITB and IHIF
For the first time, the hospitalityInside Special will not only cover tourism topics, but also issues surrounding hotel investment. The change is due to the new media partnership between hospitalityInside and the American publisher Questex for the "International Hotel Investment Forum" (IHIF), which is set to take place two days prior to ITB and celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
This bilingual special feature provides the only opportunity to place advertisements in the context of hospitalityInside publications. That the feature appears in two languages also expands its scope to include further influential decision-makers. Deadline for advertisements 26 January 2016.
Further details and contact information for participation in our ITB projects can be found in the PDF attached.
Of course, we will keep you up to date on ITB and IHIF issues in the coming weeks up to the trade fair. / kn
