Munich (August 5, 2011). "BRICKS & BRAINS" for the third time: The get-together of the hotel and real estate industry at the EXPO REAL in Munich is scheduled for Tuesday, the 4th of October, 2011. The evening event for hotel operators and investors in the network from hospitalityInside has developed into a popular meeting place for the hotel real estate scene. Once again, the three partners from the year before are involved this year in the joint stand of the "WORLD of HOSPITALITY", two sponsor''s places are still free. Partners are welcome.
Faithful to the motto that gives a name to the event are those who answer for and affect the building of a hotel will come together with those who fill the buildings with life. After a busy first fair day at EXPO REAL, it means that there is still an evening of "Hospitality meets Real Estate" – but then with chillout music and without scheduling stress. No Speed-Networking, but an open, relaxed atmosphere at a cultivated level of hospitality. Therefore, also only guests with a personal invitation have admission!

Altogether, six famous partners will support BRICKS & BRAINS this year, four of which have been present from the outset: Next to the main sponsor Kempinski are the Choice Hotels, the Solutions Holding Company from Munich and Cornelia Markus-Diedenhofen with her partners with the new RMDS Hotel Development from Reutlingen. On the consulting side, the international consultation company CB Richard Ellis Hotels, London/Munich will accompany this event as well as the respected project development company, GBI AG from Berlin.
Last year, the guests came from 17 countries: Investors, owners, project developers, hoteliers, bankers, fund managers and other experts. The prevailing number of the participants are executives at the top executive and development levels. A core of the participants are the strategic partners from hospitalityInside and project partners with EXPO REAL, but also many national as well international contacts and recommendations from the investment scene that have been collected by publishing companies and editorial staff in the last year. As in the years before, a large part of the BRICKS&BRAINS guests will experience the event for the first time - "by invitation only"!
