Munich (June 16, 2021/updated July 9, 2021). EXPO REAL, the leading international trade fair for property and investment will be again the meeting place for owners, investors, municipalities and companies from all sectors from 11-13 October 2021. The trade fair will be held as a physical event in five halls.
The basis for this decision is the positive progress of the vaccination campaign as well as the decision of the Bavarian State Government to allow trade fairs and congresses again from 1 September 2021. The great interest from the exhibitor side was also decisive.
About 300 main exhibitors from 25 countries have registered so far (in 2019, there were 379), for the REAL ESTATE INNOVATION FORUM and TECH ALLEY over 30 start-ups have registered, and the EXPO REAL CareerDay on 13 October 2021 will also be back.
With the decision to only admit vaccinated, tested or recovered visitors to the fair, EXPO REAL is also taking a path that ensures it can take place in the known and secured format.
The planning of conference topics and discussion rounds in four forums is in full swing. Tech Alley, the exhibition area for start-ups, and the adjacent Real Estate Innovation Forum will be relocated to Hall A2. The World of Hospitality and the majority of the hotel exhibitors can now be found in Hall A1. The Planning & Partnerships Forum, where the Hospitality Industry Dialogue takes place, is also located there.
Among other things, the show will provide meeting options with a Work&Meet concept and meeting rooms on the 1st floor above the exhibition halls that can be booked on demand.
