3rd "Spotlight Hotel Investment Poland" in June - Registration open

Warsaw (April 22, 2016). The third edition of "Spotlight Hotel Investment Poland" will come up on 13-14 June, 2006 at the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw. For the first time, the event will also talk about the investment activities and opportunities in Central Eastern Europe. Registration is open. For the third time, hospitalityInside.com is also a media partner of the event.
The first two editions of "Spotlight Hotel" proved that the Polish hotel experts are strongly interested in more details about markets and concepts. 200 participants joined the second edition, and hopefully there will be more this year. With 270 euros (incl. VAT; "early bird tickets" until April 15: 222 euros), the registration fees are favourable. Part of the event is also the cocktail party on Monday evening encouraging participants to network in an easy and personal way.
Among the CEE markets, Poland is attracting interest from investors around the world. The total value of real estate transactions increased from 1.8 to 2.72 billon PLN (about 423 to 640 million euros). In 2014 the hotel base grew by 143 projects offering over 8,000 new rooms. The increase in demand for hotel beds will be due to enhanced mobility of the international tourists and corporate guests traveling on business and visiting congresses, conferences and fairs.
"Spotlight Hotel Investment Poland" is designed for investors, hotel owners, representatives of financing institutions, hotel chains, consultants and real estate brokers, lawyers, architects, developers, government officials, local authorities and tourism organizations.

Last year's edition gathered high level professionals, including: Rune Askevold, Managing Director, Puro Hotels; Gonzalo Silva, Area Manager, Starwood Hotels and Resorts; Christian Hribar, Director Hotel Development, Worldhotels; Gilles Clavie, President and Chief Executive, Orbis.
This year's "Spotlight Hotel Investment Poland" conference will have eight sessions:
• Markets – with presentations describing the hotel market in Poland and CEE

• Investment – talking about yields/costs and ROI, Arabian/Asian investors, currency risks, local capital
• City – talking about new stars on the Polish investment map, best practices, investment offers

• MICE – event organizers' vs hoteliers' expectations
• Architecture and Design – worldwide trends, sustainability, interior design advantages.
