With HospitalityInside for the world's largest tourism trade show

ITB 2015 World of Hospitality Visitors
The world's biggest touristic market place: participating saves
a lot of time, travel expenses and enhances the network.

Berlin (August 28, 2015). Hotel groups and suppliers of solutions for hotels also have the possibility to present themselves once again in the “World of Hospitality” joint stand at the next ITB Berlin in March, 2016. HospitalityInside is offering varied and comprehensive packages for a maximum of 13 co-exhibitors at the now traditional location in Hall 9.

HospitalityInside has been initiating the trade show joint stand for the hotel industry and specialised service providers since 2011. In particular, companies from the areas of IT, communication, distribution, marketing, media and the hotel industry have found their place at the ITB in Berlin over recent years.

The "World of Hospitality" joint stand is in the known location in Hall 9a/109, directly across from the Hall 9 foyer. With a high visibility and open design, the stand offers an open architecture for the presentation of target group-appropriate information regarding the companies, products and services to the trade fair visitors as well as for the introduction of innovations and the ability to utilise the synergetic effects within the stand.

Broadband Internet and WiFi access also belong among the stand facilities as well as the reception service that, for example, will accept inquiries regarding co-exhibitors during their brief absence or inform them of waiting guests. Once again, the catering team will also provide for the creature comforts of the stand's staff members and the guests.

Partner options for every need

Packages with various utilisation possibilities will once again be available for 2016. These extend from free-standing tables for two or four people up to "joint tables" that can be shared by up to four companies. As a stand organiser, HospitalityInside will take over all registrations for the trade show as well as provide for the catering and the marketing. The stand and its partners will be promoted on hospitalityInside.com, in the SPECIAL edition for the trade show, in the ITB "Virtual Market Place", in the online listings of the trade show and in the ITB press centre. The exhibitors need only appear with their notebooks and brochures on the first trade show day.

The costs for the complete packages range between 4,300 and 11,900 Euro net. You can find details in the attached PDF.

In consideration of the stand concept and the limited stand floor space, only a restricted number of partners can be accepted. Those who have an interest should book by the end of August since the deadline for the primary exhibitor is on September 1, 2015.
