Berlin/Singapore (May 30, 2008). In a special promotion campaign with hospitalityInside.com, "ITB Asia" also enables smaller and medium sized hotel groups to take advantage of the new trade fair in Singapore this coming October. The ITB Asia is conceived as a bridge between Asia and Europe and should also appeal to Asia newcomers in that organizers offer 3x3 sq m stands at very reasonable rates. Registration through hospitalityInside.com also brings with it the added attraction of a subscription to hospitalityInside.com, for non-subscribers, or special conditions for existing readers of the online magazine (see below).

Acquisition is running at full steam: Hotel companies planning on attending the ITB Asia from 22 to 24 October in Suntec Singapore have a good chance of making new business contacts. In contrast to the purely leisure orientated ITB in Berlin, the Asian sister event will cover leisure, business and MICE. Another different is that in Asia,  the event will be exclusively B2B with no final consumer days like there are in Berlin. The organizers - the trade fair Berlin Singapore Pte Ltd together with the Singapore Tourism Board - will also invite hosted buyers and plan to include conferences on the topic of web-travel/business travel, MICE and hospitality (www.itb-asia.com).

Together with hospitalityInside.com, the organizer offers the following special package: Existing subscribers to hospitalityInside.com pay not the usual 2,500USD but only 1,950 USD for a 3x3sq.m stand at the ITB Asia in Singapore, thus saving 550 USD. Non-subscribers to hospitalityInside.com pay the usual 2,500 USD and receive a single subscription to hospitalityInside.com ("current edition") worth 550 USD. In order to profit from the offer, registration must be made through hospitalityInside.com.

"The investment for a stand is worthwhile," Dr. Martin Buck, Director of the trade fair Berlin (Singapore) explains, "as each exhibitor receives at least three trade fair passes and is guaranteed ten appointments per day with hosted buyers." Travel costs are also calculable: Alongside flight costs, which can be accessed by everyone on a daily basis, exhibitors can also profit from ITB hotel contingents.

Depending on budget, the cost of an overnight stay thus stands at between 250 and 450 Singapore Dollars per night (approx. 116 to 210 Euros), without usual taxes and service charges. Hotels can be booked as of immediately.

All those interested should contact hospitalityInside.com by e-mail under service@hospitalityInside.com or by telephone under 49-821-99 56 68 or +49-172-8205916 and should ask for Michael Willems. / red
