HospitalityInside presents joint stand for the world's biggest tourism fair

Berlin (November 1, 2013). Hotel groups and providers of solutions for hotels will again have the opportunity to take part on the "World of Hospitality" joint stand at next year's ITB Berlin in March 2014. HospitalityInside will again offer partners complete packages at the usual position in Hall 9. Seven tables/table groups await the co-exhibitors at the stand. This will also be promoted in the "hospitalityInside ITB SPECIAL", the special print and online edition as part of a total marketing package for co-exhibitors. More than half of the co-exhibitor spaces in the joint stand are already firmly booked.
The HospitalityInside joint stand for the hotel industry and specialist service providers has been a fixed presence at the EXPO REAL in Munich since 2011 and made its debut at the ITB in Berlin in 2012. The ITB features companies from the IT, communication, distribution, marketing and media industries. Companies which already have their own stand in another hall can also expand their trade fair presence at the joint stand.
The "World of Hospitality" at the ITB Berlin 2014 takes place in Hall 9a/109, directly in front of the foyer to Hall 9. Well visible and with an open design, its architecture allows exhibitors to present themselves in an attractive way to trade fair visitors and to provide target-group-specific information on products, to offer services as well as to present innovations and to exploit synergy effects at the stand.
The most notable change will be the stand flag. It will be considerably bigger than in the previous year. The stand will also include cable-based broadband internet access and WiFi as well as flat-screen televisions on which co-exhibitors can show their presentations. The tried and trusted catering team will also again provide stand staff with culinary delights.
Partner options for every need
There will be packages with various usage options in 2014 too. These span the bar table for two or four people all the way to large "shared tables" which can be shared by two companies. As organiser, HospitalityInside will take all registrations for the trade fair and will provide for catering and marketing. The stand and the partners will be promoted on hospitalityInside.com in a special edition for the trade fair as well on the virtual market place and through media boxes on the ITB. All the exhibitors have to do is turn up with their laptop and brochures on the first trade fair day. The costs for a complete co-exhibitor package vary between EUR 3,900 and EUR 10,300 net. The stand design and size permit only a limited number of partners. Anyone interested in taking part should register as soon as possible. Those registered by 15 December as ITB co-exhibitor are also listed in the official print catalogue for the trade fair.

A bilingual (German/English) special edition, the "hospitalityInside ITB SPECIAL", will be published to mark the world's largest tourism fair. The ITB SPECIAL will appear in both print and as online e-magazine. This high-quality and very informative magazine, published in colour, provides an opportunity to place advertisements over a sixth/quarter/half or full page. The advertisements appear both in the German and in the English version and can be altered depending on language.
In 2014, the magazine will be bigger (80 instead of 64 pages) and its print circulation will be higher (3,500 instead of 3,000 copies). The publication will be distributed at the ITB Hospitality Day which hospitalityInside.com has organised for nine years already. It will also be distributed at the Wellness Experts Forum, at trade fair stands of various partners and, of course, at the "World of Hospitality" stand itself. Distribution in Berlin-based partner hotels will also be intensified.
